Pastry baker — Natrona County

Join our team: we are hiring a pastry baker in Natrona County, Wyoming. Day-to-day duties: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Score the top of loaves before baking • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Basic cake decorating and piping skills At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
