Oven operator — Kiowa County

Join our team: we are hiring an oven operator in Kiowa County, Oklahoma. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Day to day you will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; score the top of loaves before baking; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch.
