Incoming goods inspector — Caswell County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an incoming goods inspector in Caswell County, North Carolina. On a typical shift you will record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches; draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer. What we are looking for: • Willing to work rotating and night shifts • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
