Prep cook wanted in Bennett County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a prep cook in Bennett County, South Dakota. Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat On a typical shift you will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; prepare the mise en place before each service; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Pay around $2,800 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
