Now hiring: we are hiring a tile setter in Clackamas County, Oregon. The job is on a residential construction site. You will spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles; fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even; cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter; check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away; grout the joints and wipe off the excess with a damp sponge; set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges. You should have: • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation • Own a basic set of tiling tools (trowels, spacers, levels) At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
