Steward wanted in Johnson County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a steward in Johnson County, Tennessee. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. You will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard. You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
