Great opportunity: we are hiring a tig welder in Berrien County, Georgia. You will strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job; feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle; inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints; clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding.
