Head butcher — Ondo East

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a head butcher in Ondo East, Ondo State. You will work in a hotel or restaurant butchery. The role involves: • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone What we are looking for: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Full-time, day shift.
