The role involves update the delivery status (picked up, on the way, delivered) on the app in real time; plan the fastest route using the delivery app and GPS navigation; refuel the bike and log fuel expenses against each run; check tyre pressure, brakes, chain tension and engine oil before riding out; sort failed deliveries and arrange a re-attempt or return to the hub; call or message customers to confirm the address and drop-off point.
