Groundsman wanted in Carver County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a groundsman in Carver County, Minnesota. You will be based on the grounds of a hotel resort. Day-to-day duties: • Rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste • Repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings • Weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings • Spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease • Apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds You should have: • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage Part-time with flexible hours.
