Great opportunity: we are hiring a PVC window assembler in Whiteside County, Illinois. Your main tasks: • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication • Wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it Ideal candidate: • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely Full-time, day shift.
