Metal caster — Haralson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a metal caster in Haralson County, Georgia. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Basic grinding and fettling skills Day-to-day duties: • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities • Tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle • Pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity • Inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
