Cake decorator — Nsukka

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cake decorator in Nsukka, Enugu State. Your main tasks: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Food handler / hygiene certificate A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
