Great opportunity: we are hiring an earthmoving plant operator in Cowlitz County, Washington. You will work on a busy construction site. You should have: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery The role involves: • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket • Stockpile and spread material to the required levels • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
