Immediate opening: we are hiring a JCB operator in Randolph County, Alabama. You will work at a road-building project. Ideal candidate: • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination Day to day you will read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations; stockpile and spread material to the required levels; keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook.
