Join our team: backhoe loader operator (Scotland)

Now hiring: we are hiring a backhoe loader operator in Dundee City, Scotland. The job is at a plant hire yard. You will read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels; stockpile and spread material to the required levels; check for underground cables and services before digging. Requirements: • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination Full-time, day shift.
