Tig welder — Marshall County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tig welder in Marshall County, Kansas. You will be based at a stainless steel fabrication shop. Requirements: • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height Your main tasks: • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions Part-time with flexible hours.
