Immediate opening: panel beater (England)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a panel beater in Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, England. You will be based in an insurance-approved repair centre. You should have: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop Your main tasks: • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. £1,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
