Immediate opening: final inspection operator (Virginia)

Now hiring: we are hiring a final inspection operator in Tazewell County, Virginia. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing Your main tasks: • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch Full-time with occasional weekends.
