Semi-automatic welder — Tuolumne County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a semi-automatic welder in Tuolumne County, California. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently You will read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
