Urgent requirement: tiling assistant (Texas)

Now hiring: we are hiring a tiling assistant in Potter County, Texas. The job is at a busy tiling site. Requirements: • 2+ years' hands-on tiling experience • Skilled with a wet saw, angle grinder and manual cutter • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone Your main tasks: • Mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency • Check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away • Spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles • Fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even • Set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges • Match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
