Backhoe operator — Oxford County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Oxford County, Maine. You will strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse; work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient; clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble; dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds. What we are looking for: • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing Pay around $4,700 per month, based on your experience.
