We are recruiting: we are hiring a waitress in Gallatin County, Kentucky. You will work at a banquet hall. On the job you will handle: • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table You should have: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Six days a week, one day off.
