Press machine operator wanted in Matanuska-Susitna Borough

Vacancy available: we are hiring a press machine operator in Matanuska-Susitna Borough, Alaska. You will work at an auto components factory. On a typical shift you will operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses; deburr and stack finished components for the next operation; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
