Meat cutter — Monroe County

Join our team: we are hiring a meat cutter in Monroe County, West Virginia. On the job you will handle: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Rotating shifts.
