Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Shackelford County, Texas. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. The role involves clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils. Requirements: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
