Coating plant operator — Cole County

Now hiring: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Cole County, Missouri. You will be based on an industrial coating line. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Day to day you will sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Pay around $27 per hour, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
