Bakery assistant wanted in Moore County

Now hiring: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Moore County, North Carolina. On a typical shift you will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards. Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Food handler / hygiene certificate At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
