Ideal candidate: • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently • Understanding of safe digging near underground services The role involves load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely; load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals.
