MIG welder — Saluda County

Now hiring: we are hiring a MIG welder in Saluda County, South Carolina. You will be based in a heavy engineering unit. What we are looking for: • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Willing to work shifts and overtime The role involves: • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
