Immediate opening: port container crane operator (Taraba State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a port container crane operator in Yorro, Taraba State. The job is at a shipbuilding yard. Your main tasks: • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity Requirements: • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Current medical and eyesight certificate Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
