Scullery hand — Adams County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a scullery hand in Adams County, Washington. Requirements: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts The role involves keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
