Join our team: electrostatic spray painter (Montana)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Big Horn County, Montana. You will work at a powder coating unit. You should have: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Your main tasks: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse Rotating shifts.
