Now hiring: we are hiring a panel painter in Manatee County, Florida. On the job you will handle: • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs Requirements: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing 3+ years on the tools preferred.
