Membrane applicator — Sir Powys

We are recruiting: we are hiring a membrane applicator in Sir Powys, Wales. Your main tasks: • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors Requirements: • Willing to travel between sites • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls 3+ years on the tools preferred.
