Fry cook wanted in Gasconade County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fry cook in Gasconade County, Missouri. You will work at a cloud kitchen. On a typical shift you will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Full-time with occasional weekends.
