Retail butcher — Tishomingo County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a retail butcher in Tishomingo County, Mississippi. You will be based in a hotel or restaurant butchery. Your main tasks: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife You should have: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
