Immediate opening: rough terrain crane operator (Montana)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a rough terrain crane operator in Stillwater County, Montana. You will work at a container port and shipping yard. The role involves: • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift What we are looking for: • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
