Dogger wanted in Camden County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dogger in Camden County, Georgia. You will be based on an offshore oil and gas platform. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams The role involves secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; read lift plans and method statements before starting; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. $230 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Contact us to fix an interview.
