Power float operator — Kershaw County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a power float operator in Kershaw County, South Carolina. On a typical shift you will erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish; carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified; screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls. What we are looking for: • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
