Pot washer — Union County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a pot washer in Union County, Arkansas. Day-to-day duties: • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls You should have: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) 3+ years on the tools preferred. $17 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
