Metal caster — Bourbon County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a metal caster in Bourbon County, Kentucky. You will be based on the moulding line. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts The role involves: • Pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale • Carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand • Mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture 6+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Pay around $24 per hour, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
