The role involves carry out turndown service in the evening; spot-clean walls, skirting, doors and high-touch points; service 14-16 rooms per shift to the floor checklist; restock the housekeeping trolley with linen, cloths and chemicals; deep-clean rooms on checkout and prep them for the next guest.
