CO2 welder • Davidson County, Tennessee

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Davidson County, Tennessee. You will work at a busy production line. The role involves clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration. You should have: • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium Six days a week, one day off.
