Roofing foreman — Carter County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a roofing foreman in Carter County, Kentucky. The role involves set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing; torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs; insulate and ventilate the roof void; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling; nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses. Ideal candidate: • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems Rotating shifts.
