Surface coating operator — Wabaunsee County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Wabaunsee County, Kansas. The job is at an automotive components factory. You will set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks. Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Willing to work shifts and overtime Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
