Immediate opening: steward (North Dakota)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a steward in Mercer County, North Dakota. You will work at a banquet hall. On a typical shift you will keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method. What we are looking for: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
