Immediate opening: we are hiring a dough maker in Fisher County, Texas. You will be based in a bread factory. The role involves proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to work early-morning and night shifts A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
