Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Cass County, Texas. On the job you will handle: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
