Join our team: we are hiring a carpenter in Thomas County, Georgia. Your main tasks: • Assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw • Erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours • Glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $5,500 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
